The team currently supports approximately 30 Tableau reports, with three high‑usage dashboards accounting for roughly 90% of report views by HR stakeholders. Data flows from SQL Server to Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop. The role will involve working with sensitive HR data in a secure, highly governed environment.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and analysis (written, verbal, and presentation‑based)
  • Produce high‑quality, value‑driven analytics that support operational improvements, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis
  • Apply data visualization and design best practices while incorporating provided design direction
  • Support and enhance existing analytics products and reporting environments, including governance, documentation, and access controls
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and serve as a trusted, consultative advisor to business clients, including senior leaders
  • Capture business requirements and contribute to KPI frameworks and analytical standards
  • Leverage metrics and analytics to inform forecasts related to cost, risk, and performance
  • Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments

Environment & Tools

  • Data sourced from SQL Server
  • Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop (Creator license provided)
  • Access provisioned through Active Directory groups (setup typically completed within 3 business days)
  • Sensitive HR data handled in a secure and compliant environment

Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of professional experience in analytics or data‑related roles
  • 3+ years of hands‑on analytics experience supporting business decision‑making
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in research, data analysis, reporting, or application development
  • Strong expertise with analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, SPSS, R, or similar platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven ability to analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience providing department‑level expertise and contributing analysis at an enterprise level

Ideal Candidate Profile
