Are you an experienced IT leader who thrives on solving challenges, managing systems, and ensuring operations run seamlessly? We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee our growing infrastructure and lead critical technology initiatives across the organization.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll go beyond basic support—you’ll take ownership of strategy, vendor relationships, systems administration, and team enablement. You’ll help guide our technology roadmap while keeping day-to-day operations running at full speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate with outsourced IT service providers to ensure timely and effective support

  • Lead IT planning and project management, including implementation of new systems and tools

  • Advise on AI initiatives and technology innovation

  • Oversee vendor relationships and software platforms such as Zoom, Adobe, ShareFile, Keeper, and others

  • Administer Salesforce, including user licenses, data loader tasks, and workflow setup

  • Handle new hire setup, onboarding, and ongoing internal IT training

  • Deliver IT communications through monthly sessions, internal knowledge sharing, and written materials

  • Maintain cybersecurity training systems and coordinate with vendors on IT security protocols

  • Manage inventory, hardware orders, and server room operations

  • Ensure all IT documentation, protocols, and support procedures are current and accurate

  • Support and lead regular meetings with the internal Technology Committee

  • Maintain email signature systems and spam filter configurations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT management or related technical experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment

  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities
