�� What You’ll Do

Deliver end-to-end HR analytics solutions (Define, Design, Develop, Deploy)

Build and enhance Power BI dashboards covering retention, vacancies, recruiting pipeline, sourcing, promotions, and more

Support the migration from Tableau to Power BI

Work closely with HR stakeholders, present insights, and guide decision-making

Mentor junior analysts while growing as a senior individual contributor
⭐ Must-Have Experience

5+ years in data & analytics

Strong Power BI (ideally 5 years; 3 years + Tableau/Alteryx accepted)

Advanced SQL + DAX
-
HR data experience (Workday, Infor, PeopleSoft, HCM systems)

Data storytelling and insight delivery
