Enterprise IT Provisioning & Onboarding Specialist
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA near the Battery/Truist Park
Environment: Fast‑paced enterprise supporting thousands of endpoints (PC + Cloud PC)
6 month contract
Pay: $21/hr.
Overview: This Enterprise IT Provisioning & Onboarding Specialist will assist with onboarding readiness for thousands of new hires (both permanent and contract) as the organization continues to grow and acquire. This is an onboarding operations role focused on high-volume access + device provisioning, Day‑1 readiness, automation, and end-user success. This is a Level 1 role and requires strong troubleshooting abilities.
Ideal candidate has a mix of the following:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): provisioning, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM
- Microsoft Intune & Autopilot: large‑scale device enrollment and compliance
- Microsoft 365 licensing services
- ITSM orchestration (ServiceNow, TeamDynamix, etc.)
- Experience in incident management in fast‑paced environments Proven ability to design and maintain scalable documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks
- Experience defining and managing KPIs, SLAs, and onboarding dashboards for leadership visibility
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate calmly and decisively during Day‑1 escalations
Certifications Desired: ITIL® Foundation or higher Microsoft SC‑300 (Identity & Access Administrator) Microsoft MS‑102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) CompTIA Security+ Azure Administrator (AZ‑104) or equivalent
