Director of Sales Enablement

Tier4 Group is looking for a strategic, people-first leader to drive sales performance through world-class training and enablement. This remote role ensures our Landscape Supply clients’ sales teams have the skills, tools, and insights needed to win and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale sales effectiveness and leadership training programs
- Build and develop a high-performing Sales Training team
- Partner with sales leaders to align training with business goals
- Leverage data and analytics to measure impact and improve outcomes
- Deliver engaging training across live, virtual, hybrid, and LMS formats
- Present clear ROI and performance insights to senior leadership
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in sales training, sales leadership, or enablement
- Proven success with large-scale sales training programs
- Experience leading sales trainers
- Green Industry and/or wholesale distribution experience strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills
- Salesforce experience a plus
