Enterprise Analytics & Solutions Leader
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – In Office Tuesday–Thursday)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Analytics & Solutions Leader to guide the strategy, delivery, and growth of our enterprise data and business intelligence capabilities. This role is ideal for a seasoned technical manager or senior leader ready to expand their scope and influence within a modern Microsoft analytics ecosystem.
This leader will be responsible for driving adoption, stability, and continuous improvement across analytics platforms while building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data, BI, and analytics professionals
- Provide direction across enterprise analytics, reporting, and data solutions
- Guide architecture and best practices across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and well-performing analytics solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business needs
- Promote Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning and execution
- Bring a calm, steady leadership approach to complex initiatives

- Experience leading technical or analytics teams in an enterprise environment
- Strong background in Microsoft analytics technologies:
- Power BI
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure
- Power Platform
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience operating in Agile development environments
