Title: Creative Producer (Part-time)
Location: Milwaukee, WI Hybrid onsite schedule – must be local
Type: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
Duration: ASAP – 11/30/2026 – this is part time 20 hours a week
Compensation: $23 – $33/hr. w2 + free lunch when onsite
Job Description:
The Creative Producer (print) plays a key role in managing the production of creative assets that support business and marketing objectives. This role partners closely with marketing stakeholders and creative team members in a hybrid work environment to ensure projects are executed successfully—from concept through delivery—while staying on schedule, within scope, and aligned to quality standards.
This position is part of a collaborative, five-person creative production team and contributes to a wide variety of projects across digital, print, and web channels.
What You’ll Do
Production & Project Management
- Manage multiple creative projects from ideation to execution, with an emphasis on social, print, and web deliverables
- Define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs
- Maintain project status updates to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with marketing business stakeholders both virtually and in person to translate business needs into clear creative briefs
- Build strong working relationships with creative team members and external partners across a hybrid environment
- Communicate project updates clearly and proactively with all stakeholders
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and problem-solve effectively, escalating issues when necessary
- Ensure quality standards are met by following visual QA processes and best practices
Must Have Experience:
- Experience: Creative agency or in-house creative environment
- Channel Knowledge: General knowledge of social, print, and UX best practices
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Organization: Highly detail-oriented with strong note-taking and follow-through skills
- Customer Focus: Able to meet the expectations of internal and external partners
- Technical Skills: Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
Work Schedule & Location
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Hybrid work model with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration, based on team and project needs
