What You’ll Do
As the Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading multiple enterprise cybersecurity initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity projects from planning through execution.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, Architecture, and Business Operations.
- Drive project execution by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project health, dependencies, action items, and deliverables while ensuring accountability across project teams.
- Improve project governance, reporting, and delivery processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Develop executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, and leadership updates.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of enterprise security initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across the organization while driving collaboration and execution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Project Manager who combines strong leadership with technical curiosity and outstanding communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology or cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or technology environments.
- Proven success managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
- Experience leading projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence teams and drive results without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
