About the Role:
Seeking a Corporate Recruiter with strong sourcing and stakeholder engagement skills to support our hiring efforts. This person will partner closely with various leaders to understand their hiring needs, educate them on market realities, and provide consultative guidance to ensure successful talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Conducting intake calls with hiring managers
Developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Sourcing and attracting top talent in competitive industries
Managing interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
Act as a trusted business partner, providing consultative guidance on hiring needs versus market availability.
Set realistic expectations for hiring managers by aligning budget constraints with market conditions.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.
Wil be hiring for roles such as:
Estimators
Project Engineers
PMO Office roles
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience Level:
Junior: 3-5 years of recruiting experience
OR
Senior: 5-10+ years of recruiting experience
Industry Experience (Preferred, but not required):
Construction
Manufacturing
Semiconductor
Oil Rigs
Air & Gas
Must-Have Skills:
Full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to onboarding
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to consult hiring managers & directors
A solution-oriented approach – able to assess hiring needs and provide realistic hiring strategies
Ability to educate hiring managers on what talent is available within their budget constraints
High-energy, no-ego attitude – must be collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven
