Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and workflow support within a financial services environment. This role supports daily business operations through report generation, workflow coordination, mailbox management, and administrative support for leaders and team members.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple systems and processes. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and workflow support for the Enterprise Compliance team
- Coordinate and support recurring business processes and operational activities
- Maintain reporting, tracking, and monitoring tools
- Review information for accuracy and completeness while ensuring attention to detail
- Exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate next steps and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies
- Work across multiple systems and platforms to support team objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders while managing assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative, operational, compliance, or related professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Word
- Excel
- SharePoint
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems and technologies quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
- Experience supporting compliance, supervision, risk, or regulatory functions
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification or other relevant licenses/certifications
