Business Analyst – Senior

We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams and help transform business needs into technology-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Subject Matter Experts in an Agile environment to define requirements, improve processes, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
• Author detailed user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct current-state, future-state, and gap analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Act as a trusted resource for stakeholders and project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and technical partners to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution discussions.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Influence decision-making through thoughtful analysis and recommendations.

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Partner with Agile teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.
• Coordinate business testing efforts and ensure stakeholder sign-off.
• Help identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Lead initiatives of varying complexity while managing multiple priorities.
• Mentor team members and share best practices when appropriate.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–5+ years of Business Analyst experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success managing projects and delivering results independently.

• Experience with process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience creating business cases and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with user research and customer-centered design practices.
