Location: Remote USA (EST/CST) – Local Atlanta Residents Highly Desired
Job Type: Contract, 3-6 months +
Work Schedule: 40+ hours per week – Must be able to work weekends as needed – Enjoy the OT Pay!!

Our Global Manufacturing Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst professional to support an SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP IBP functionalities and terminology, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the ongoing SAP IBP implementation, utilizing your understanding of SAP IBP terminology and general functionalities.
  • Actively participate in meetings, effectively tracking action items, owners, and detailed notes in a dynamic environment.
  • Organize and maintain clear records of action items, ensuring timely follow-up and updates.
  • Log and manage defects identified during the implementation process.
  • Execute test scripts to validate system functionality and identify potential issues.
  • Document process design changes accurately and comprehensively.
  • Proactively follow up with assigned action item owners to ensure adherence to deadlines and gather necessary status updates.
  • Communicate status updates on action items and potential roadblocks to the broader program team.
  • (Preferred) Contribute to an SAP IBP implementation utilizing the TS Optimizer for Supply Planning.
  • (Preferred) Develop and share SAP IBP planning view templates to enhance user experience and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Be available to work remotely with the ability to report to Downtown Atlanta office for approximately 3-7 days per month, as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience supporting an SAP IBP implementation (familiar with nomenclature and general functionalities)
  • Strong communication skills: organized and able to actively track action items, owners, and notes during meetings in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of logging defects, executing test scripts, and documenting process design changes
  • Comfortable following-up with action item owners to hold them accountable to deadlines and capture status updates from them for communication to the broader program team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting an SAP IBP implementation which used TS Optimizer for Supply Planning
  • Proficient in creating and sharing SAP IBP planning view templates
