Overview
The Technical Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role focuses on requirements documentation, testing support, and risk and compliance activities, contributing to system quality, operational readiness, and regulatory alignment within a structured delivery environment.

What You Will Do
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Channel Owners, and Business Units
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, system documentation, and user stories suitable for development and testing teams
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices and clearly defined acceptance criteria
• Develop, execute, and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and triage coordination
• Produce documentation and evidence to support risk management and security activities, including materials required for Authorizations to Operate (ATOs), such as control mappings, test results, and runbooks
• Maintain knowledge base content and operational documentation to support ongoing system use and supportability
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, including walkthroughs, reviews, and demonstrations
• Support release activities and conduct post-deployment validation activities
• Open, track, and follow up on vendor support tickets to resolution
Technical Qualifications
Required
• Experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Strong skills in business and technical requirements documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and specifications
