We’re looking for motivated, mid‑level Business Analysts who are excited to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast‑moving technology environment. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, a team-first mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll analyze business requests, translate them into system requirements, and support the design and configuration of automated solutions. You’ll work closely with product managers, scrum masters, technical teams, and downstream partners to ensure that requirements are well‑defined, feasible, and aligned with business goals.
You’ll help shape system functionality by documenting user needs, defining system specifications, supporting integration and user acceptance testing, and collaborating across teams to keep work moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and user needs and convert them into clear system requirements.
- Define scope and objectives for automated systems and process improvements.
- Configure and document system settings and options to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and technical stakeholders to drive high‑quality requirements.
- Assist in integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Identify and remove project roadblocks proactively.
- Support sprint planning and work effectively in a Scrum/Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Comfortable using JIRA/Atlassian tools and Slack.
- Ability to collaborate with downstream technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, helping reduce defects and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to project outcomes with consistency and accuracy.
- Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Background working across both hardware and software environments is highly valued.
- Familiarity with integrations and APIs, including the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) or similar transactional systems is a strong plus.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or
- Equivalent certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related disciplines from a well‑accredited institution.
