We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support multiple strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on a major enterprise-wide Data Access modernization project and emerging AI initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping how data is accessed, secured, and leveraged across the organization, including work that enables future Agentic AI capabilities. 100% Remote- US Citizenship required due to nature of the work.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will support end‑to‑end project activities, including requirements gathering, testing oversight, communication planning, and cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with Project Managers
- Document business requirements, reporting needs, and visualizations
- Validate project scope and define deliverables
- Track project tasks, risks, and daily/weekly stand-ups
- Initial Analysis & Planning
- Support planning, timelines, and project documentation
- Assist in defining data labeling, tagging, metadata standards, and data classifications
- Requirements Analysis & AI Solution Design
- Document business requirements
- Contribute to solution designs aligned with organizational and AI strategy
- Cross-Functional Design Collaboration
- Work with IT, Security, Compliance, Project Management, and Data Governance teams
- Help document conceptual and architectural designs
- Project Execution
- Support execution following the organization’s Common Process Framework
- Schedule & Dependency Management
- Maintain integrated project schedules with cross-team dependencies
- Risk & Issue Management
- Maintain logs for risks, issues, and opportunities
- Support team meetings to ensure timely project progress
- Provide weekly status updates and support monthly project review preparation
- Integration & Pilot Testing Oversight
- Oversee integration and pilot test plans
- Prepare and present pilot metrics, results, and lessons learned
Additional Project Support
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and visualization sessions (wireframes, journey maps, process flows)
- Assist with communication and marketing planning throughout project phases
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise projects
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, classification, and access requirements
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (preferred)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Experience working with IT, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance teams
