Sr. Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing technology team supporting a portfolio of leading theme parks and attractions. Our mission is to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance the guest experience and streamline business operations.
In this role, you’ll serve as a bridge between business and technology teams—translating ideas into actionable requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring that technology solutions deliver real business value. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business analysis, exceptional communication and facilitation skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as Business Analyst on multiple initiatives, supporting projects from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams to prioritize and analyze backlogs for sprint planning and execution.
- Interpret and evaluate business rules and workflows, anticipate requirements, uncover improvement areas, and design practical, scalable solutions.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and future-state designs using business process modeling techniques.
- Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly across both business and technical audiences.
- Develop frameworks, process maps, and data flow diagrams to align stakeholders and drive clarity.
- Define test scenarios, create test scripts, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Ensure adherence to established project lifecycle processes and maintain traceability between business requirements and project deliverables.
- Provide light project management support as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) and 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or technology-driven environment
- Strong technical & business requirements gathering and scoping experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with a professional, confident presence
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Action-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced organization with shifting priorities
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement/re-engineering preferred
- Background in entertainment, hospitality, or retail a plus
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed to support project activities
