Associate Media Planner
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA
Schedule: 25–30 hours per week | Hybrid
Duration: Contract through end of year (6–9 months)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Media Planner to support paid media planning, execution, and performance tracking across a diverse portfolio of properties. This brand-side role works closely with internal stakeholders and our media agency to coordinate campaigns across traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is eager to grow in paid media.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of paid media plans across TV, radio, OOH, paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and emerging platforms
- Assist with flight planning, budget allocation, and campaign trafficking details
- Serve as liaison between internal teams, creative partners, and the media agency
- Track deliverables, maintain campaign documentation, and ensure timelines are met
- Support weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting; validate data and provide insights to inform optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, eCommerce, and property teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in paid media, marketing, or analytics
- Familiarity with digital and/or traditional media channels
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and basic data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience working with a media agency
- Exposure to hospitality, travel, entertainment, or multi-location brands
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or reporting dashboards
- Interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision making
