This role provides project management and Agile delivery support across multiple service delivery teams. The position combines project coordination, work intake management, and facilitation of cross‑team alignment to ensure timely execution and balanced workload distribution. The Project Manager/Release Train Engineer will support planning, prioritization, and communication while maintaining accurate data in the demand management system and delivering required project documentation.

What You Will Do
• Coordinate work across multiple
service delivery teams to support
effective planning and delivery
• Works with the Portfolio Manager
to prioritize and plan work across
multiple delivery teams
• Work with IT management to
resolve prioritization conflicts
• Maintain the demand system with
accurate data including start and
end date.
• Work with the business analyst to
drive the collection of benefits
and other Project related
information as needed.
• Optimizing Project Execution with
best practices.
• Focus on limiting Work-In-
Process.
• Drives the achievement of
business value.
• Agile Project Management.
• Works with project team members
and people managers to plan
project work.
• Communicates to stakeholders and
Management project progress and
issues.
• Jira Project plans and schedules
detailing IT integration activities.
• Regular status reports on IT-
related project progress.
• Final project report summarizing
IT work completed and any future
recommendations
Technical Qualifications – Required
• Experience coordinating work
across multiple IT service delivery
teams
• Experience supporting project
planning, prioritization, and
cross‑functional alignment
• Experience with Agile project
management practices
• Ability to create and maintain
project plans, schedules, and
reports
• Proficiency using Jira or similar
project management tools
• Ability to maintain project data
and documentation accurately
• Strong communication skills for
stakeholder updates and issue
escalation
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting IT
portfolios or medium‑scale IT
projects
• Background in environments that
use demand management or
portfolio management tools
