We’re Hiring: Accounting Manager | Real Estate & Private Investments

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join a privately held Family Office supporting multiple real estate, operating, and investment entities. What You’ll Do:

Own the full-cycle general ledger accounting process across operating and real estate entities

Review and prepare financial statements, monthly closings, and reconciliations

Collaborate closely with the Controller to implement and maintain internal accounting policies and procedures

Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to Senior and Staff Accountants

Manage AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, and construction/development accounting
-
Identify discrepancies and resolve irregularities with a sharp analytical eye

Contribute to project analysis, budget management, and forecasting

Support tax compliance efforts, including federal, state, and local filings

Work on special projects including audits, financial reviews, and regulatory reporting
What You Bring:

3+ years of general accounting experience required

Background in real estate and/or development is a plus
-
Experience with ERP systems (CS Fixed Assets a bonus!)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or MBA is a plus
-
Intermediate Excel skills; confident with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Proven leadership ability and a collaborative mindset
